Deepti Mehta is a highly qualified and experienced Nutritionist and Dietician. Currently runs a catering unit in the name of Mother’s Touch Tiffin Services in Mumbai. Mothers touch supplies healthy and tasty, freshly prepared, home cooked diet tiffins and regular tiffins across the city.
She has been working as a Consultant Dietician since a decade in the arena of Health and Nutrition.
She has been a Consultant in various projects to leading corporate houses like Hindustan Unilever ltd, Marico India ltd for Kaya life, Gold shield Pharmaceutical Company
She has also been a Visiting Faculty for the subject of Nutrition at reputed colleges like

While working in this hospital she also conducted research on the Treatment of Uncontrolled Epilepsy with Ketogenic diet. Research involved working with Neurologist to conceptualise and implement treatment programme. Research paper – Presented at AIIMS (37th Annual Convention of IDA).
In the area of sports and fitness she has worked as a sports nutritionist for reputed health clubs like SYKZ fitness centre, and at Fitness first, Mumbai developed a recipe book for the health club which had a variety of 40 low calorie and nutritious recipes to suit their clients needs all across India.
