Healthy living is about taking responsibility & making smart choices for today & future. Just because you are not sick, doesn’t mean that you are healthy. It is amazing to know how many illnesses are there in the world and how bad eating habits help contribute to that affect. My diet has completely changed back to vegetarian and I have not had any desire for sweets for over a month. I lost 10 pounds (I was about 30 Ibs.) and my appetite is back to normal.I feel great and have much more energy.
